Weekly Rate (per cottage)

Short Breaks

We can occasionally arrange shorter stays on a late-booking basis during Low and Middle Season.  Please contact us with your requirements (ie size of cottage and preferred dates) for prices - subject to availability.

Pets

Well behaved pets are permitted by prior arrangement and subject to a £50 deposit against damage (refundable on departure).

Electricity

Electricity meters are read on arrival and read again before you leave.  Electricity consumed is charged at standard Hydro-Electric unit rates on departure.

Deposit and Payment

A deposit of 25% of the weekly rate is required at the time of booking to reserve your cottage.  The balance is payable FOUR WEEKS before your arrival date. 

Short Notice Bookings

Full cash payment is required on or before arrival
